3/4 pound sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 pound Swiss cheese, shredded
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 Tbls. prepared mustard
1 Tbls. Worcestershire sauce
Chili powder
1 whole cinnamon stick and 1 bay leaf

Combine cheese, mustard and Worcestershire, mixing well. Form into the shape of an apple and coat with
chili powder.

Poke cinnamon stick and bay leaf in top to represent the stem and leaf. Chill.
