1 lb. crab - lump
1 Tbls. diced red bell pepper
1 Tbls. diced green bell pepper
1 Tbls. chopped parsley (or 1 tsp. dry)
1 Tbls. mayo
2 large eggs
1 Tbls. baking powder
1 Tbls. worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. old bay seasoning
2 tsp. canola oil

Mix all ingredients, except oil. Heat oil over medium-high heat and spoon batter in rounded tablespoons into pan.

Batter will be very loose but will tighten as the eggs cook.

Mustard Sauce

1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
